Delivery & Service

At Froggi, we’re all about beautiful things arriving beautifully. Please check if the item you are ordering says "Made to Order" in the description.

Standard Items — Dispatched from Froggi

Items dispatched directly from us are sent from our studio and are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order being placed. If you select Royal Mail Tracked 24, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. Please note that for bulky items we may use Fedex UK couriers instead of Royal Mail.

Made-to-Order Items — Fulfilled by Our Production Partner

Some items in our collection are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. These items require 4–7 working days for production before dispatch. You will receive a separate dispatch notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.

If your order contains both standard and made-to-order items, they will arrive separately.
